2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We respect that unpredictable days happen. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, simple, and flexible:
- Free Rescheduling: You can reschedule your booking date or 2-hour arrival window free of charge up to 2 hours before your confirmed appointment slot.
- Free Cancellations: If you need to cancel entirely, simply send a message on WhatsApp to
+91 86900 96200at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled time slot with no penalty or hidden fee. - Weather Guarantee: If heavy unseasonal rainfall occurs during your appointment time, we will contact you to reschedule your wash for the next clear day at your convenience.

- Inspect Before You Pay: Because you settle payment on arrival (via UPI, Card, or Cash), you walk around your vehicle and inspect the finish with our technician before paying.
- Instant Touch-Ups: If any dust, water spot, or wheel spoke area does not meet your expectations, our specialist will rectify it immediately on the spot.
- 24-Hour Quality Promise: If you spot anything that was overlooked once the technician has departed, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours. We will dispatch a technician back to your doorstep for a complimentary touch-up.
