1. Service Scope & Eligibility

Quick Car Wash provides mobile, doorstep automotive cleaning and detailing services across serviceable pincodes in Jaipur (302001–302039) and Ajmer. By placing a booking on our website or through our official WhatsApp hotline, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking Slots & Arrival Windows

  • Arrival Window: When booking, you select a 2-hour arrival window (e.g. 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM). Our detailing specialist will arrive within this designated window. We will notify you via phone or WhatsApp when our van is en route.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking without penalty up to 2 hours before your scheduled time slot by contacting our dispatch team.
  • Delays due to Traffic or Force Majeure: In the rare event of unpreventable traffic delays or extreme unseasonal weather, our dispatch team will promptly inform you and coordinate a rescheduled time.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Price Lock Guarantee

  • Price Lock: The price confirmed at online checkout is locked. There are zero travel surcharges, diesel fees, or doorstep convenience fees added on site.
  • 18% GST Compliance: All stated prices include mandatory 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Tax invoices with GST breakdown are available upon request.
  • Payment Timing: Payments are settled on arrival after service completion and physical walk-around inspection. Supported payment methods include UPI QR, Credit/Debit cards, and Cash.

4. Vehicle Accessibility & Valuables

  • Parking Clearance: You must ensure our mobile van and detailing specialist have safe physical access to your parked vehicle at the address provided during booking (apartment basement, driveway, or society parking).
  • Personal Belongings: Customers are requested to remove high-value personal items, jewelry, cash, and electronic gadgets from the vehicle cabin prior to the start of interior vacuuming and cleaning.

5. Quality Guarantee & Liability Scope

  • Pre-Existing Condition: Our specialists perform a visual inspection prior to commencing work. Pre-existing stone chips, deep scratches penetrating the clear coat, torn leather seams, or degraded rubber seals will be noted.
  • Doorstep Satisfaction: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Any missed area pointed out during the on-site inspection will be immediately touched up.
  • 24-Hour Warranty: Any issue reported within 24 hours of service completion with photo proof will receive a complimentary re-inspection or touch-up.
